Mitchell Macchia serves as a membership growth coordinator for the Midwest Hub. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, he partners with Delta Sigma Phi chapters to strengthen recruitment and support sustainable membership growth through hands-on coaching and strategic guidance.

Mitchell attended East Carolina University, with a major in marketing, where he was an active member of the Epsilon Phi Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi. In his free time he enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
