The Delta Sigma Phi Foundation is proud to announce that Brother Tom Lewis, North Texas ‘68, has been appointed as the newest member of the Foundation Board of Trustees.
As an alumnus, Tom has previously served on the Gamma Xi ACB as the vice president, secretary, and member-at-large. He was recognized as the Outstanding Alumni for service and generosity at the 2015 UNT/Gamma Xi homecoming weekend. Beyond the Fraternity, he has a proven track record of success that sets him up well for this new appointment.
Brother Lewis was the director of economic development for FORTUNE Media Corporation, where he produced major marketing projects to promote economic and community development for clients, totaling more than $50 million in revenue. He worked with 29 states and 13 cities, even including Toronto, and he produced projects for entities such as the NASDAQ-100 index. Among other roles, he has also served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of The Dallas Partnership, which was the economic development affiliate of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Tom graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Business. Tom is married to his wife Susan, who is a proud alumna of Kappa Alpha Theta, and they reside in the north Dallas area. We are excited to have him on the Board.
Congratulations, Tom!
