“Next Era” awards recognize chapters that have provided exemplary or innovative membership experiences for their chapter. Chapters should apply if they deliver a powerful fraternity experience centered on at least one of the following four pillars: (1) build meaningful relationships with each other and alumni, (2) pursue education through high academic performance and campus leadership, (3) help their members launch careers, or (4) embrace service by creating positive change through volunteerism in their community.
